One of the easiest ways to prevent a total heating or cooling system failure is by investing in regular seasonal maintenance. Woodstock Heating & Cooling offers two convenient maintenance programs. Call us to learn more and schedule HVAC maintenance today.
Why You Should Choose Regular System Maintenance
Annual maintenance provides three key benefits. First, you’ll find that your unit will cost less over its lifetime to operate and will last longer than a unit that’s only reactively repaired. Second, you’ll enjoy increased energy efficiency. Finally, your unit is less likely to completely shut down due to total system failure. That’s because our technician checks for things like worn belts and replaces them before they break.
Preferred Maintenance Agreement
$209 Annually
Our preferred maintenance program covers one furnace and one air conditioner. As a maintenance customer, you’ll automatically receive priority service any time you call. Our maintenance services vary based on the type of heating system and season, however, they always include the following:
- Complete inspection of the unit(s)
- Electrical component check & tightening of connections
- Inspection of consumable parts for wear & tear
- Thermostat performance check
As a maintenance customer, you’ll receive benefits including a 10% discount on parts and labor during the service repair, as well as a 10% discount on any accessory equipment purchased.
Elite Maintenance Agreement
$279 Annually
Our Elite Maintenance includes the same thorough inspection and checks as our Preferred package. However, with Elite service, you are never charged overtime rates for after-hours service. That means you can call us 24/7 if your unit stops working and pay standard rates for repair, minus your 10% discount on parts and labor!
Boiler with an Air Handler
$304 Annually
Ductless Systems
$139.00 for one condenser and one indoor unit.
$52 for each additional head unit.
Multi-System Discount
$20.00 off each additional system.
Another benefit of both our HVAC maintenance packages is that they are transferrable. If you move, you can choose to transfer either maintenance package to the new homeowner, or your new home if it’s in our service area.
