Immediate answer, immediate scheduling, tech showed up exactly when they promised. He was professional, followed all safety covid protocol and knew what our issue was. Kept in communication the entire time he was serving our unit and was really nice. Within 10 min of his visit, the office called to verify email info so that we had in writing the work that they had done as we needed it for a house closing. TOP notch!
We decided to get central air conditioning in our 100+ year old home in July. Eric came out, explained our options since we have radiant heat and no duct work, and provided suggestions. He took the time to answer all our questions and explain the installation process. He provided a quote the next day. The price was fair and reasonable. The rock star installer crew of Whit, Alex and Russ, were an awesome team. They were professional, clean, speedy, and worked together. At the end of the installation they made sure we understood the system and maintenance. We received a gift just for being a customer! We did have a minor issue, and they came back the next day to correct it. They were apologetic that there was a minor issue and fixed it immediately. Have had WHC out to my place a couple of times this year, for maintenance and installation of equipment. They have always done a very thorough job. They don't have a hard-sell and will try to keep your existing equipment running if at all possible. I'm very pleased with the service.

She was knowledgeable and shared a lot of valuable information with me. She had a service person out within the hour and he diagnosed and corrected the problem very quickly. We have been with this company for many years. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner years ago. We always have them do a seasonal check on the units and any time we have needed a repair, whether it was on a weekend or not, they have been prompt and very professional. Can’t say enough good things about Woodstock Heating and Cooling. In a snapshot, our AC went out. The Equipment setup for it was not standard and other quotes were astronomical. Elliott from Woodstock came to our family’s rescue, with exceptional knowledge of available systems and Whit topped off the service with a dynamite installation to save us from blistering summer temperatures. Of special note is that we have two super-seniors in the family, and that was of concern with the covid. Woodstock staff left no reason to worry- they came with all personal protective equipment, from foot covers to masks, very hygienic, and most of all- very pleasant and professional. They didn’t waste time and got it done much faster than expected. A completely wonderful experience all-around!
Had them work on our furnace and AC unit in the past, both times professional and did outstanding work. Just had an issue with our thermostat, quickly called over and Eric talked me through the entire situation, and stayed on the phone with me until it was fully resolved. I couldn't have been happier with his demeanor, patience, and assistance. I recommend them for any issue, big or small. They are a great company.

I had a previous problem with a HVAC contractor. I called and talked to Eric and explained my situation with my air conditioning. He sent a technician out the next day and they diagnosed that the unit was no good. They came back a day later and installed a new air conditioning system. The technicians were very professional and polite. We had bad weather that day and they stayed and finished. Everything was very nice and professionally done.
